Orders & Shipping
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. We’ll let you know if there’s an unexpected delay.
We primarily use USPS and occasionally UPS depending on size and destination. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.
Yes! If you’re in Charleston or Georgetown, SC, reach out to us before placing your order.
We do not allow cancellations. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
We accept returns of unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are available within 14 days. Please note that sale items, candles, and custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.
Every order arrives beautifully packaged! We can also include a handwritten note—just leave your message at checkout.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we hope to expand internationally in the future.
Jewelry Care
Our 14k gold filled pieces are designed for everyday wear and are highly resistant to tarnish. The thick layer of real 14k gold is permanently bonded to a base metal, keeping your jewelry shiny for years.
You can shower, swim, and work out in them, but to keep them looking their best:
- Rinse after salt or chlorinated water.
- Avoid harsh chemicals and heavy lotions.
- Wipe with a soft cloth.
In rare cases, skin chemistry or product buildup may cause slight dullness—easily refreshed with mild soap and warm water.
- Store pieces in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or jewelry box.
- Keep chains separated to avoid tangling.
- Put jewelry on after applying lotions, perfume, and hairspray.
- Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing to maintain shine.
Repairs & Warranty
We’ve got your back. If your jewelry breaks due to craftsmanship or normal wear and tear within 90 days of purchase, we’ll repair it for free. After 90 days, we’re happy to repair it for a small fee to cover materials and labor.
Exceptions: Jewelry that’s significantly damaged due to improper use or care won’t be eligible for repair. Just email us with a photo, and we’ll guide you through the process.
